OK, I have some dishes I cook well, and I love to watch Top Chef, but my kitchen skills are mediocre at best. And when I get home after work, I want dinner to be good and easy and quick to cook. (I don't want much, do I?) I welcome any dinner recipes you might have. Thank you!!

Well Nino, I would like to help you out, but I am the same as you, so anyone that has any ideas, I would also appreciate them!

I have a kitchen cuz I needed someplace to put the coffee pot and the cat food dishes.
I also let my husband use it to make me breakfast on Sunday mornings.
