Do you have a sure-fire menu you use for that special dinner? Maybe a romantic dinner for two, or a fantastic dinner party for special occasions. Let us know how you do it, what secrets you have and any shortcuts that might come in handy. Also helpful are those ideas for last minute disasters and how to recover from them. (Ever have a souffle fall?)
