Pam's Stuffing Mix Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 ½ lb lean ground beef
1 package Stove Top stuffing mix (6 oz) with seasoning packet
2 large eggs
1 cup ketchup

Instructions:
Just mix all together and pat down into a loaf pan
Then bake about 60 min in 350 degree oven

Variations:
Use water or broth instead of the ketchup
Use beef / turkey / pork mixture for the meat
Use any flavor of stuffing - generic stuffing mix works just as well
Divide mixture into 12 portions and bake in a pre-greased muffin tin – cooks in less time
Bake 8 hours in a crock-pot
